Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery so we can work toward a resolution. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon discovery. We will assist in determining the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, with any shipping insurance claims.

We reserve the right to review all claims on a case-by-case basis.
